Pan India Poster Making Competition

Many young scholars of Satluj Public School, Sector 4, Panchkula participated in a Pan India poster making competition organised by the Shikhar Dhawan Foundation for school students to create awareness about the importance of trees. The purpose of the initiative was to involve every child in a tree plantation drive and create awareness about climate change and the need for environmental conservation. Sonvi Sharma and Laranya of Class IX were selected amongst the top ten posters from all across India by the Shikhar Dhawan Foundation. To carry out the legacy of this great cause, Satlujians also planted many trees in and around their school and homes.
